Spanish olive oil is excellent, but is there really a market for it in HK?

Hong Kong import of olive oil has increased in recent years with supplies from Italy, Spain etc. Please check here into the information supplied by House of Olive Oil in China (and Hong Kong) on regulations and procedures about such imports.

Hi Gloria,

Importing Spanish Olive Oil into HK is a wonderful venture, I will likely be a fan myself! HK is a great place to set up your own trading company in order to import and also distribute your products to retailers without actually needing to be here physically. You can set up a HK company in less than 7 days, and the profits tax in HK is 16.5% (generally much lower if you structure your sales and purchases properly in HK) There are service companies such as Meridian Partners Limited whom can provide all of your incorporation and company secretarial services in order to set up your own HK company, as well as prepare all of your back office operations and trade documentation and logistics arrangement!! We can be your trusted advisers and back office without you needing to worry about the increasing rental costs in HK, trusted staff and personel issues.

If you would like to know more, we would be happy to discuss with you further. Look forward to hearing from you, and very much looking forward to more beautiful Spanish Olive Oil!

Best,

June
