I am a dealer of plastic scrap. I would like to ask about the rules and regulations to export plastic scrap from Saudi Arabia to China. I am completely unaware of Chinese trade law. Please give some reference to follow.

Scraps of plastics that do not meet China's national environmental protection standards and not suitable for recycling are not allowed to be imported.

Hope you have solved your problems in getting your plastic scraps
into China. Basically, plastic scraps are not allowed to ship into China without proper treatment, e.g. removable of dust, mud, ordour etc. That is why there are still quite a number of plants in the New Territories managing this kind of treatment before shipment. You are welcome to drop me a line for further discussion, or we could do something together in the near future.

We know that AQSIQ license is required to import plastic scrap to
China. However, we are a trading company, we are not sure that whether a trading company or the plastic scrap supplier should apply the AQSIQ license? Also, what are the tariff and other additional cost for import plastic scrap to China?

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), makes it mandatory for foreign enterprises, including those in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, which export waste material to the mainland to apply for registration with AQSIQ
For details of implementation please click here.
The most favoured nation rate of import duty of plastic scraps in China is 10.7% plus 17% value added tax.

I have a recycling plastic company in Constanta/Romania. I collect plastic waste from the city municipal garbage place.

The monthly quantities are: 60-100MT of PET bottles (50% clear, 35% blue, 10% green, 5% brown) that I grind by color; 80MT LDPE that I bale.

I export now to China but I don't have CCIC. Can anyone help me to export in China in the future without CCIC or to arrange CCIC for my company?

You may be aware that under the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIA) overseas waste suppliers must register with the relevant China authority before any import into China. For more information on this subject please review some of topic discussion in this forum and in the followings:
