Is there any rules/laws in Hong Kong regarding the use of trademark on re-package goods (to display in local language and in different quantity) providing the repackaging is not inferior to the original package?

A trademark does grant to its owner a power to exclude others from any use of it in any way; it only forbids use likely to cause confusion and cause infringement. However it is advisable to seek owner's written permission before using the trade mark.
