Importer in Taiwan requires us to produce certification of showing that the shirts are products of Hong Kong? Do you know the requirements/rules of Taiwan with regard to the rule of origin? Many thanks!

For a certain country like Taiwan they really need a sort of certification to prove that the shirts are really from a particular place so we have nothing to do but to follow them.

In general certificate of origin is required upon request by the consignee to clear the goods and claim tariff preference and of course under the Taiwan Customs rule that the submission of the Certificate of Origin is required for those import items classified as import-restricted it

em code 465 in Taiwan (such code covers a wide variety of products).

There are rules to be followed if ever you're going to bring something from one place to another. Some may have techniques what to do so that they can bring that thing but mostly they didn't succeed.
