China Import duty for wines are 14% for consumer packing wines and 20% for bulk packing wines, VAT 17% and consumption tax 10%. These rates are applicable for imports from most favoured nations including the mentioned countries. Imports of wines from Hong Kong would enjoy duty free preference if it fulfills the place of origin requirement.
