I have a project of import and certain products apparently are "subject to attention of Certificate of Inspection of Goods Inward" i know that the aforementioned certificate is to be issued by the CIQ, but,: 1.Does this mean that i need to obtain this certificate? (if so) 2.what do i need to do to obtain this certificate?

Please refer to a special article posted by China Tax and Investment Consultants in this SME Forum regarding non-tariff measures on import and export goods in China.
