I bought a computer in China through the Internet. The company that sold the computer, told me that the computer was detained at the customs in China and I have to pay EUR 150 for an export tariff. Is that so?

1.computer exportation no need to pay tariff in china,in fact,in order to encourage exportation, export refunds will be transferred to qualified exporter. 2.Possible reason for detained cargo: The company is not qualified exporter with self export right, and they didn't arrange cargo inspection first as per relevant rules. These caused the detain. Solution:need more details such as Port of Loading, cargo volume to check out the situation and arrange a proper solution.
