Licences and permits are only required for certain dutiable liquor commodities defined in the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, Cap. 109. They are alcoholic liquors with an alcoholic strength above 30% by volume measured at a temperature of 20 degree Celsius -- liquors such as brandy, whisky, gin, rum, vodka and etc. |
