What are the requirements for approval for wine exports to China.
Do samples need government approval or only labels.

In addition, before import of red wine into China, please ensure
that you have to apply for the label certificate for imported goods.

Where do you apply for the permit and why not for white wines?

I am planning to export some wine to China. And I have all the documents except the "Health Certificate". Do I need the "Health Certificate" for the wine I am going to export to China? What can I do without it? Thanks.

We believe that in normal circumstances only certificate of inspection and quarantine will be required for imports of wines into China.

Dear Moderator, My company in Beijing has imported wine from Italy and we want now to deliver some of those wines to Hong Kong to one of our customers. Is that doable?I mean,we are talking of imported wine from abroad that now we want to export again abroad(considering Hong Kong as such)as part of an economical transaction. I know that Hong Kong doesn't have import tax on wine, will it be possible for us to do this delivery Beijing-Hong Kong? Thanks in advance.
