Name supplied	posted 15 June 2005 02:18 PM If I gather information of exhibitions & seminars, courses (such as descriptions, date, time, name of organizers) and disseminate in my web site (of a profit-making company), do I need their consent first?
Moderator	posted 07 November 2005 03:58 PM You should read carefully the terms and conditions of use listed in individual website, and if available to see whether the materials have proprietary rights and any restricitons on their ueses. You may need to seek prior written permission for reproduction, transmission etc.
