Hi, I purchased two laptop batteries for total 69.53$(33.65$ + 35.88$) from ebay seller in HongKong on last 1st Jan. These batteries for my laptop is not available in India, because they have been never released in the Indian market. The items were delivered through EMS first time in January, and it reached India and has been released from the Indian Customs freely, but suddenly returned to the seller without any notice. So the seller shipped again, but this time, the batteries are held up by the India customs and I got a letter asking for the required documents as invoice for release of parcel. I have never expected this. Because the ebay seller told me that they will it as a gift for me, so it is duty-free. I don't understand why the item was released from the Customs for first time freely, but caught in the Customs for second time. I made payment through Paypal. How can I handle this problem?
