Tony lee	posted 23 October 2009 04:21 PM first, you should have to decide the company business nature: Trading service, or transportation. The business nature would decide the registered capital amount. second is that the Hong Kong citizen should hold at least 25% of the shares if openning this kind of join venture. The Chinese side should be a company rather a individual person, but the HongKong side could be either a company or a individual person. The HongKong investor have to provide the Notarizaiton of his ID & Signature, bank reference letter of his reputation record, lease agreement of China office, etc. Any more enquiry, please feel free to contact Tonyli@cnbs.cc
