Hello, I want to set up a foot massage in GZ area. What licenses do I have to apply? And what government department should I go to? Is there any benefit granted by cepa? Thanks.

The individually owned stores provision under CEPA is a significant measure to promote entrepreneurship and relocation for Hong Kong people. Under the CEPA, Hong Kong permanent residents with Chinese Citizenships exclusively can set up individually owned stores in any province and city without being subject to approval procedures applicable to foreign investment to provide a wide range of services including health care and beauty service, bathing services etc. Please contact Guangdong foreign trade for more details.
