Moderator	posted 05 January 2004 12:00 PM 根據CEPA附件4及附件5的規定，香港、澳門永久性居民中的中國公民可以在廣東省境內申辦個體工商戶。香港人士需向登記註冊機關提交的身份證明文件指經香港的中國委託公證人核證的：①香港永� [居民身份證；②港澳居民來往內地通行證（回鄉證）或香港特別行政區護照。澳門人士需向登記註冊機關提交的身份證明檔指由澳門特別行政區政府公證部門或內地認可的公證人核證的：①澳� 虪瓣[居民身份證；②港澳居民來往內地通行證（回鄉證）或澳門特別行政區護照。（廣東省工商局提供）

Moderator	posted 05 January 2004 12:10 PM 根據現行法律法規，工商行政管理機關是個體工商戶的登記註冊機關。全省各工商行政管理所（分局、縣局）受理個體工商戶設立申請，受理範圍按屬地管轄的原則，即經營者應當向所在地工商行政管理部門提出申請。各登記註冊部門的位址、電話等均可在“廣東紅盾網”www.gdgs.gov.cn上查詢。（廣東省工商局提供）

Moderator	posted 08 January 2004 10:11 AM 根據CEPA和有關法律法規的規定，結合港澳居民申辦個體工商戶的特點，我們對申辦此項登記業務所要求提交的材料作了相應的調整，如取消了“計生證明”，增加了“身份證件（多種）”、“核證檔”等材料，制訂了適應港澳人士申辦個體工商戶的登記指南，各級工商部門登記註冊大廳均可查閱。登記指南對登記註冊的程式、應提交的材料等作了明確規定。經營者可根據需要辦理個體工商戶字型大小名稱預先核准登記，也可以直接辦理開業登記。字型大小名稱預先核准登記需提交： (1) 經營者的身份證件複印件，並提交身份證原件核對； (2) 經營者的身份核證文件； (3) 《字型大小名稱預先核准申請書》。開業登記需提交： (1).《個體工商戶開業登記申請表》； (2).經營者的身份證件複印件，並提交身份證原件核對； (3).經營者的身份核證文件； (4).字型大小名稱預先核准通知書（已申請字型大小名稱預先核准登記的方提交）； (5).經營場地證明（下列之一）： (一)自有房產的，提交房產產權證明複印件，並提交原件核對； (二)租賃房產的，提交房產租賃合同。 (6).法律、法規規定須報有關部門審批的，提交有關部門的批准文件、許可證或書面意見複印件，並提交原件核對。（廣東省工商局提供）

Moderator	posted 08 January 2004 02:50 PM 登記註冊機關受理申請後，對符合條件的，其字型大小名稱預先核准 3日內辦結；其開業登記5日內辦結；其變更登記3日內辦結；其停業、複業當日辦結；其歇業登記3日內辦結。開業登記費每戶20元；換發營業執照每戶收費20元；變更登記每戶收費10元；新補(換)發營業執照的，每次收費10元；領取營業執照副本的，每份收取工本費3元。（廣東省工商局提供）

Moderator	posted 25 May 2005 11:13 AM CEPA allows Hong Kong and Macau permanent residents with Chinese nationalities to apply and operate individual owned businesses (個體戶) in the mainland.
