we place orders to a china manufacturer whom will do the custom declaration for export (they have the export right) and we book vessel for shipping the goods to overseas. I have a question all the time, as both shippers in the custom declaration doc and bill of lading are different , is this acceptable and the reason why? Many thanks!

Customs declaration and bill of lading are two separate documents required for different authority and for different purpose.

Your supplier/manufacture can appoint an authorized customs broker to lodge the export declaration as the shipper with the mainland customs and pay the necessary charge or fee.

The Bill of Lading prepared by the shipping company is an evidence of contract between the shipper of the goods and the carrier/ The customer usually needs the original as proof of ownership to take possession of the goods.

Acceptable or not depends on your ultimate buyer and your banker if it involves credit.
