One training company that has stood out from most in China is a company called ClarkMorgan. I remember when they started, about 8 or so years ago, that they did Business English. I have heard through one of their trainers that they have been successful breaking into the seminar market. Apparently they beat Wilson Learning last year as Training Firm of the Year in China. I recommend contacting them regarding setting up education/training business in China. Their website is www.clarkmorgan.com

Training company can make much profit. One of my friends acquired a training company in Shanghai recently, which focuses on children English training and runs very well. I myself ever worked for several owners of training companies as their legal counsel, I believe this is a very good business. For communication, please feel free to contact me via wangbin@juntailawyer.com.
